Thank you so much for taking the time to play the game! I'm glad you seemed to have enjoyed it. I am quite busy for the next little while, which is why I released the game when I did, but I promise I will get around to implementing some of the smaller improvements you suggested. As for your requests for totally new content, I don't know when I'll get around to expanding the feature set of this game, as in addition to other IRL stuff, I am planning to start work on a new, quite different game. However, while working on this small project, I did have a feeling that this game was bigger than what I was making - that there were other whole features and dimensions to it waiting for me to explore - so I can totally see me returning to this to add more; probably it would be a second, alternative harder mode with new enemies/mechanics... maybe that dash feature you suggested.

Cool idea!
It feels like squash or something, but it's very unique.
Some notes I have:
- I think the combo bar needs to be closer to the score UI
Some suggestions I have:
- At the beginning of the level, you could probably just add a prompt for the controls as a simple first time tutorial
i.e. WASD to move, then add a "shoot this" on top of the block
The moment the player shoots the block, it can disappear.
- Make it more noticeable when gun can be shot
- Maybe have a dash you can use to quickly dart left and right
- The bullets should show to phase through, or get blocked by the enemies to make it look ineffective.
- I'd like a hard mode where maybe it's one hit, and maybe you can get shield powerups, to block a hit for you.
- Maybe character being able to duck can help you dodge the enemies or the incoming block.
- Adding a SFX when next wave starts
Overall I think I see potential in this.
I think there might be more to this. Can't wait for future updates.
Maybe more levels, more enemy types, more challenges?
Good stuff.
This feedback is really appreciated :)
